Join the Delaware SHRM Book Club! This Fall, together we will read Up, Down, and Sideways: High-Impact Verbal Communication for HR Professionals by Joel Worden, Pat Buhler, SPHR.
Reading is a great way to broaden knowledge, stay in tune with emerging topics, and gather new perspectives. For our participating members, the book club will be a way to develop relationships with peers and explore another avenue for professional development.
How it Works:

- Purchase your copy of the book. It's available from SHRM here.
- Read the book!
- Join us for a group discussion in the Fall (Friday, October 21, 9 - 10:30 AM). Earn 1 SHRM Personal Development Credit for participating.
- Extra Credit: You may submit a 500-word essay to SHRM to earn an additional 3 SHRM Personal Development Credits. Learn more here.
