Is this what your company-wide 401(k) meeting looks like?

Are you looking to:
- Increase employee participation in your company’s 401(k) plan
- Make your company’s financial wellness program more enjoyable for your employees
- Have fun while earning PDCs towards SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP recertification
If you said “Yes” to any of these, we invite you to attend, “Laugh & Learn – A Humorous Guide to 401(k) Plans.”
This presentation is specifically designed to help HR professionals to better understand and communicate with employees about their company’s 401(k) plan. My hope is that attendees learn something new while also being so thoroughly entertained that they don’t want to pick up their phone.
Learning Objectives:
- Ideas to increase 401(k) participation.
- What a 401(k) plan is.
- The differences between a Traditional 401(k) and a Roth 401(k).
- Automatic enrollment for new employees.
- Lastly, why employee participation in 401(k) plans is so important.
